We’re seeking an experienced CSA Engineer to join the Central Engineering team of a leading European construction and engineering organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-value data centre, pharmaceutical, life sciences and industrial projects , supporting Civil, Structural and Architectural delivery from design through to construction and handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage CSA design packages from initial review through procurement and site delivery
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, consultants and subcontractors
• Lead design meetings and manage project actions
• Review designs for technical compliance, constructability and value engineering
• Carry out structural steelwork and concrete analysis and calculations
• Review geotechnical and site investigation reports
• Coordinate CSA interfaces with MEP disciplines
• Support design programmes, procurement and approvals
• Conduct site visits and monitor progress and quality
• Manage RFIs, technical submissions, design changes and project documentation

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ post-graduate experience
• Experience in Data Centres, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences or Industrial sectors
• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management
• Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and statutory consent processes
• Strong design, technical and construction knowledge
• Experience leading meetings and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency with BIM, Revit, Tekla or equivalent
• Strong communication and organisational skills
