Executive Assistant (Utilities Company / Kallang Sector)

Duration : 1 year contract (Extendable / Convertible)

About the role

Processing of CS1, CS5, CS6 and CS7 applications with a leading utilities group company based in Kallang. The role involves monitoring performance statistics, preparing supply applications performance and remittance reports, and managing customer and stakeholder communications.

Key responsibilities

• Perform processing of CS1, CS5, CS6 and CS7 applications
• Monitor performance statistics
• Prepare supply applications performance and remittance report
• Perform tagging of tenant meters
• Raise refunds for service quotations
• Check and issue service connection quotations
• Issue payment acknowledgement letters
• Liaise with LEWs, customers and SPPG on supply application matters
• Attend to customers, LEWs and Principals' enquiries via email and verbal correspondence
• Coordinate and attend meetings with customers, LEWs and Principals

About you

• Diploma in any discipline
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Ability to handle stress and work under tight timeline
