Flooring Customer Service Representative

We are a flooring company looking for a friendly and sharp Customer Service Representative. If you have experience in the flooring industry is good, but not required.

Primary Duties

• Answers all incoming phone calls in a friendly and consistently pleasant, professionally manner
• Process written customer orders, whether by facsimile or electronic mail
• Direct incoming calls to the appropriate department
• Provide stock check to customers
• Answer basic product questions
• Process claims and returns
• Arrange logistics management on paid customer orders and shipping details
• Work with shippers and shipping brokerages and tracking order progress
• Coordinate with AR on payment progress
• Coordinate with warehouse on shipping and receiving orders
• Coordinate with sales on customer order progress
• Ship out samples to customers

Multi-language fluency a plus

• Comfort with learning new office software necessary for primary tasks
• Organization and follow through essential

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
