Restore & Rebuild Counseling Center is an expanding group practice committed to providing accessible, culturally responsive, and compassionate mental health services to children, families, and veterans.

We are looking for passionate, fully licensed clinicians who want more than just a caseload. We want clinicians who are excited to be part of a growing practice, contribute their expertise, build meaningful relationships with clients, and grow alongside the organization.

Who We’re Looking For

We are currently seeking fully licensed clinicians in the state of Texas:

• LPC — Licensed Professional Counselor
• LCSW — Licensed Clinical Social Worker
• LMFT — Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Louisiana licensure is a strong plus, particularly for clinicians interested in supporting the continued growth of our multi-state practice.

What You’ll Do

• Provide individual, family, and/or couples therapy based on your clinical expertise
• Work primarily with children, adolescents, families, and veterans
• Provide services through telehealth and in-person sessions
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely and professional manner
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor client progress
• Collaborate with other professionals and community resources when appropriate
• Maintain ethical, professional, and culturally responsive clinical practices
• Build strong therapeutic relationships while creating a safe and supportive environment for clients

What We’re Looking For

Our ideal clinician is:

• Fully licensed and in good standing in Texas
• Passionate about serving children, families, and/or veterans
• Comfortable providing virtual therapy
• Open to providing in-person services
• Reliable, professional, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working independently while being part of a collaborative team
• Committed to quality clinical care and positive client outcomes
• Interested in growing with a group practice, rather than simply filling a caseload
