Job Title: Junior Full-Stack Forms Developer
Location: Oklahoma City, OK – 100% Onsite
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Duration: 9 Months + Possible Extension
Position Overview
We are seeking a Junior Full-Stack Forms Developer to support a new Inspections application being developed for field inspectors.
The primary responsibility is converting approximately 70 existing fillable PDF inspection forms into interactive HTML forms and connecting inspector inputs to a SQL database.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert existing fillable PDF forms into interactive HTML forms
- Develop form functionality using JavaScript
- Store and retrieve inspector data using SQL
- Use Jinja templates to generate archivable PDF documents
- Provide JavaScript development support for the application
- Work with the development team to keep the project on schedule
Required Skills
- JavaScript

- Beginner to intermediate development experience is acceptable
