Key responsibilities
- Provide network and IT support to users
- Troubleshoot label printer issues
- Support VMware systems and virtual machines
- Manage backup tapes and data backup for emails and PCs
- Manage and support TV systems in wards
- Update KPI reports and support records
About you
- At least 3 years of enterprise IT support experience
- Good knowledge of networking and troubleshooting
- Basic experience with VMware and backup systems
- Able to solve problems and work independently
- Good communication and teamwork skills
