What they need
Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, PPT and other documents
- Provide administrative support to sales team
- Support CS team
- Other ad-hoc assignments as required
- Prepare project reports, monitor campaign performance and analyze data to provide insights
- Use AI tools prefer
Requirements:
- Background in inventory control / Healthcare / CS
- Strong logical thinking and analytical skills
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese, English & Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP)
- Immediate available is preferred
