- Meet with new clients for assessment
- Plan a course of treatment
- Regularly hold therapy sessions
- Refer clients to additional supports
- Update their treatment as necessary
Outpatient Therapist Requirements and Qualifications
- A master's degree in psychology or related field
- LCSW, LPC, LMFT or Eligible credentials
- Strong communication skills
- Clinical experience
