KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drafting patent specifications, claims, and responses for CS/IT inventions
Conducting prior art search and patentability analysis
Interacting with inventors and R&D teams to understand technology
Preparing patent applications for filing in India & abroad
Managing patent prosecution and office action responses
REQUIREMENTS
Min 3 Years of experience in Patent Drafting
Degree in Computer Science / IT / B.Tech CS preferred
Experience with Indian Patent Office procedures
Excellent written communication & technical writing skills
