• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented programming concepts and RDBMS concepts

• Basic Core Java knowledge

• Responsible for architecting and designing business applications using PEGA PRPC and other PEGA frameworks

• Provides architecture and design guidance to project teams developing solutions using PEGA

• Take ownership of PEGA technology proposals to respond

• Understand technical and functional aspects of the project Responsible for sizing of the project

• Demonstrate strong analytical and communications skills as well as draw upon solid hands-on development experience with PEGA software

• Ability to translate complex business requirement into functional technical requirements using PEGA Systems Smart BPM methodology and DCO tools

• Strong experience scoping planning and delivering projects using iterative software development lifecycles over multiple release cycles

• Experience working in Agile projects is preferred

• Experience in health care industry domain would be a plus
