ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTE OF INDIA (EDII) INVITES APPLICATIONS FOR THE POST OF PROJECT MANAGER FOR MAHARASHTRA AND ANDHRA PRADESH:

Position: Project Manager - 02

Location: Pune, Maharashtra and Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh

Job Summary:

EDII is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to support the implementation and management of CSR and livelihood development projects. The candidate will be responsible for project coordination, planning, execution, stakeholder engagement, monitoring, and reporting to ensure the effective delivery of project objectives.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate overall project implementation and execution activities.
• Support project planning, monitoring, and timely completion of activities.
• Coordinate training programmes, workshops, and field operations.
• Maintain project documentation, MIS, and reporting systems.
• Conduct data analysis and prepare progress reports.
• Liaise with stakeholders, partners, government departments, and beneficiaries.
• Ensure quality implementation and compliance with project objectives and timelines.
• Support evaluation and impact assessment activities.
• Prior experience in Government works (Engagements) & CSR related activities.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelors/Masters Degree in Management, Social Work, Rural Development, Mass Communication, Entrepreneurship, or related disciplines.
• Experience in programme implementation, project coordination & Incubation Centre.
• Strong communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project documentation.
• Willingness to travel to project locations extensively.
• Experience in working with Business Incubation is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Team management and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of livelihood and entrepreneurship development projects.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.

Terms of Engagement: On a contractual basis.

Maximum Remuneration: Upto 85,000/- CTC per month.
