RTV Specialist

About the role

This role involves executing timely retrieval of RTV stocks from customers, preparing documentation and reports, tracking inventory reconciliation, processing system data, and resolving compliance issues.

Key responsibilities

• Execute timely retrieval of RTV stocks from customers with Sales and Transport Teams
• Prepare and submit daily RTV retrieval and billing reports
• Maintain and update Pull-out Authorization Letter (PAL) monitoring sheets
• Track and reconcile unreturned stocks for Charge to Trucker (CTT) documentation
• Liaise with RTV Logistics and Inventory teams for monthly reconciliation of RTV site
• Process RTV encoding and execute SAP postings in accordance with supervisor instructions
• Encode RTV data into tracking systems and spreadsheets
• Identify and flag RTV discrepancies for escalation
• Communicate with AR and CSR for discrepancy resolution and adjustment approvals
• Monitor RTV timelines and ensure compliance with portal and non-portal cut-offs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree Business of Any Related Courses
• With at least 1-2 years Logistics experience (Return to vendor)
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with logistics and inventory systems.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Must be willing to work in Novaliches, Quezon City
