Self Sufficiency Case Manager

CSO, Central Susquehanna Opportunities Inc., an innovative non-profit Community Action Agency, is dedicated to helping families, individuals and communities prosper. CSO has a full-time opening for a case manager responsible for case coordination and management of individuals and families seeking assistance with basic needs such as rent, mortgage, utility assistance, transportation, and financial literacy in Northumberland County. Responsibilities include determining basic eligibility for services, assessing needs, coordinating services, and providing immediate intervention to increase stability. Frequent travel throughout the service area is required.

Computer skills to include Word and Excel. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education. A valid PA driver’s license, Act 34, 151 and 114 clearances are required. Equal opportunity employer.
