Senior Corporate Social Responsibility Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement CSR strategies to promote community development, volunteer activities, and rural development initiatives.
• Manage NGO partnerships for fundraising, grant management, and project implementation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to integrate CSR activities into business operations and reporting.
• Monitor progress against CSR goals and provide regular updates to senior leadership.

Job Requirements :

• 1-10 years of experience in corporate social responsibility or related field (NGO management).
• Strong understanding of community development, rural development, social service, social work, and volunteer activities.
• Proven track record in fund raising and managing grants from various sources.
