About the Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for an experienced ServiceNow CMDB / CSDM Analyst to join a long-term international project within a global enterprise environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the quality, governance, and maturity of the ServiceNow CMDB while ensuring alignment with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) . You will work closely with infrastructure, asset management, IT operations, and platform teams to improve service visibility and data integrity across complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain ServiceNow CSDM standards across Business Applications, Application Services, and Technical Services.
• Monitor and improve CMDB Health, identifying duplicate, orphaned, stale, and incomplete Configuration Items.
• Define and maintain CI classes, attributes, relationships, naming standards, and governance policies.
• Support and optimize ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Collaborate with IT Operations, Asset Management, Incident Management, and Change Management teams.
• Support Hardware and Software Asset Management through data normalization and governance.
• Develop workflows and platform improvements using ServiceNow best practices.
• Configure and maintain MID Servers.
• Participate in technical workshops, requirements gathering, and solution design.
• Create technical documentation, data dictionaries, and process documentation.
• Support platform upgrades, release management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with integrations and overall ServiceNow platform optimization.

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• Strong experience with:
• CMDB
• CSDM Framework
• Discovery
• Service Mapping
• ITOM
• Experience maintaining CMDB Health and governance.
• Experience configuring MID Servers.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure including:
• Servers
• Networks
• Cloud environments (Azure or AWS)
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
