Sr ServiceNow Developer / Architect - CSM

Job Summary

Lead and deliver CSM implementations, develop solutions, and ensure platform stability across ServiceNow modules.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ServiceNow CSM solutions aligned with client requirements.

• Lead technical solution design sessions and improve CSM-related processes.

• Design, code, and troubleshoot applications using ServiceNow platform.

• Manage platform infrastructure and support ongoing CSM operations.

• Provide L2/L3 support including bug fixes and root cause analysis.

• Work on UI Pages, Menus, Workflows, Flow Designers, and Integration Hub.

• Develop Service Portal components using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap.

• Develop business rules, UI policies, scripts, and custom APIs.

• Create scoped applications, reports, and performance analytics.

• Follow Agile execution methodologies and contribute as an individual contributor.

  Qualifications

• Experience: 8-10+ yrs total, minimum 5+ yrs in ServiceNow CSM.

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting and development practices.

• Expertise in Service Portal, REST/SOAP integrations, scoped applications.

• Hands-on experience with UI scripting, Flow Designer, Application Scope, and APIs.

• Fluency in English communication (verbal and written).

• Understanding of Agile development processes and ceremonies.
