The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, optimizing store efficiency, and building a motivated, customer-centric team that delivers excellence in every interaction.

- 5-10 years of proven experience in retail operations, preferably within the jewellery or luxury retail sector.
- Prior experience in leading a team in a jewellery store environment, with strong knowledge of sales, customer service, and product handling
