Job Summary

CS Soft Solutions is looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive with 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with hands-on experience in staffing hiring. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing the recruitment process to ensure timely closure of open positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for staffing requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates accordingly.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, communication, and job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate discussions and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and internal teams for interview scheduling and feedback.
• Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of positions.
• Maintain proper recruitment records and prepare hiring reports.
• Handle candidate queries and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Experience in staffing recruitment is preferred.
• Good knowledge of candidate sourcing and screening techniques.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Target-oriented and proactive approach.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and recruitment portals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
