Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise applications using Pega PRPC/Pega Infinity.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Pega solutions.
• Develop and customize Case Types, Data Models, Workflows, UI components, Decision Tables, and Business Rules.
• Design reusable and maintainable Pega application components.
• Work extensively with Pega Integration Services, REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, and external systems.
• Perform application configuration, development, debugging, testing, and deployment.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues and production defects.
• Ensure applications follow Pega best practices and enterprise architecture standards.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
• Optimize application performance using Pega Performance tools and best practices.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in requirements analysis, technical design, estimation, and implementation activities.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of Pega development experience.
• Pega CSSA certification is mandatory.
• Strong experience in Pega PRPC / Pega Infinity.
• Hands-on experience with Pega Case Management, BPM, SAIL/UI, Data Pages, Data Types, and Decision Rules.
• Strong knowledge of Activities, Flows, Flow Actions, When Rules, Declare Expressions, and Report Definitions.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and APIs.
• Good understanding of SQL and database concepts.
• Experience with Pega Deployment, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of Pega Guardrails and application design best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have

• Experience working on Pega Customer Service, Pega Financial Services, or Pega Platform.
