Team Member Volunteering | CSR / Employee Engagement

We are looking for a CSR / Social Impact professional with experience in designing and managing employee volunteering programmes and driving employee participation in social-impact initiatives.

The role will be responsible for developing the volunteering strategy, aligning employee volunteering with CSR programmes and partnerships, measuring programme impact and building a strong culture of giving back across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop the overall strategy and plan for employee volunteering programmes, aligned with budgets and available resources.
• Design and manage the annual employee volunteering calendar and interventions.
• Align volunteering initiatives with ongoing CSR programmes and NGO/implementation partnerships.
• Identify opportunities for employees to meaningfully contribute to social-impact programmes.
• Drive employee participation and build a strong culture of volunteering and giving back within the organisation.
• Work closely with programme and partnership teams to integrate employee volunteering into existing and future CSR initiatives.
• Continuously evaluate volunteering programmes, participant engagement and programme outcomes.
• Identify gaps and implement corrective actions to improve the effectiveness and employee experience of volunteering initiatives.
• Develop mechanisms to measure and report the social impact and employee participation generated through volunteering programmes.
• Build scalable volunteering models and collaborations that can be integrated into future CSR programmes.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in CSR / NGO / Foundation / Social Impact / Development Sector.
• Strong experience in employee volunteering, employee engagement through CSR or corporate volunteering programmes.
• Experience in designing and managing programmes from planning to execution and impact reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with employees, NGO partners and internal programme teams.
• Experience managing budgets, programme calendars and multiple initiatives.
• Strong understanding of social-impact programmes and the CSR ecosystem.
• Data-driven approach to evaluating participation, programme outcomes and impact.
