Role & responsibilities
Hardware and Software Maintenance: Set up, configure, and repair desktop PCs, laptops, and peripheral devices like printers and scanners
Technical Support: Provide tier-one and tier-two helpdesk assistance to resolve user issues via phone, remote access, or in-person visits
Network Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix local area network (LAN) connection issues, DNS settings, and TCP/IP configurations
