Restaurant Assistant Manager / Supervisor (reaching 30k up)

Job Descriptions

․Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.

․Manage inventory, order supplies, and conduct regular stock checks.

․Coordinate between kitchen and front-of-house teams for smooth service.

․Handle customer complaints, questions, and feedback professionally.

․Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant.

․Step in for the Restaurant Manager when absent.

Job Requirements

․Hold a diploma or degree in hotel management or a related field.

․Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Western restaurants is an advantage.

․Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

․Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

․Candidates with less experience will be considered for supervisory positions.
