Mengumpul, menyemak & mengemaskini invoice supplier mengikut SOA supplier sebelum membuat pembayaran.
Menyediakan Payment Voucher (PV) untuk pembayaran bil utilities syarikat & outlet kedai.
Mengumpulkan & menyediakan dokumen berkenaan semua bil-bil syarikat untuk tujuan pembayaran.
Menyediakan Payment Voucher (PV) untuk pembayaran tax (CP204 & SST)
Berkerjasama dan berinteraksi terhadap supplier, customer dan staff lain berkenaan pembayaran.
Menyediakan PV berkenaan pembayaran claim staff.
Menyemak & menyediakan PV untuk claim Director.
Membantu dalam menyediakan document sepanjang proses audit.
Berkomunikasi dan bekerjasama dengan staff jabatan untuk memastikan kelancaran kerja.
Melaksanakan tugasan lain yang diberikan oleh pihak pengurusan atau ketua jabatan.
Working Hours:-
Isnin - Jumaat (09:00AM - 06:00PM)
