What they need
Responsibilities
- Mencapai target penjualan dan mengembangkan pasar MMD Sizer & Apron Feeder.
- Membangun hubungan dengan owner tambang, kontraktor, EPC, dan konsultan.
- Mengelola seluruh proses penjualan dari prospecting hingga closing.
- Menyusun strategi penjualan, sales pipeline, dan forecast.
- Melakukan presentasi teknis serta negosiasi komersial.
- Berkoordinasi dengan principal dan tim engineering dalam penyusunan solusi teknis.
- Melakukan customer visit dan market intelligence secara rutin.
Requirements
- S1 Teknik atau bidang terkait.
- Minimal 8 tahun pengalaman di bidang penjualan heavy equipment/mining equipment.
- Minimal 3 tahun sebagai Sales Manager atau posisi setara.
- Berpengalaman menjual Crusher, Mineral Sizer, Apron Feeder, Conveyor, atau Material Handling Equipment.
- Memahami proses penjualan proyek pertambangan dan tender.
- Memiliki kemampuan Business Development, Negotiation, Presentation, dan Key Account Management.
- Mampu berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Inggris.
- Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas ke seluruh Indonesia.
