What they need
Account Manager / Sales
Requirement :
Prospekting klien baru di segmen BPR, BPD, koperasi simpan pinjam dan perusahaan pembiayaan
Membangun & mengelola pipeline deal dari lead hingga closing, termasuk update ke sistem tracking/CRM
Menjaga hubungan jangka panjang dengan decision maker klien (Direksi, IT Head, Operation Head)
Melaporkan progress pipeline, forecast revenue, dan status deal secara berkala ke leadership sesuai target tahunan
Hard skill :
Pemahaman dasar proses bisnis lending/pembiayaan (loan origination, loan management, collection, collateral)
Kemampuan presentasi & demo produk software (tidak harus coding, tapi paham alur sistem end-to-end) maupun tim teknis/operasional klien
Konsultatif — mampu menggali pain point klien
Kolaboratif dengan tim internal (product, technical, legal) untuk closing deal
Pengalaman sales di industri fintech /perbankan/ multifinance
Jaringan (network) existing di komunitas BPR/BPD, KSP, atau asosiasi pembiayaan
Memiliki kemampuan bahasa inggris aktif
Soft Skill
- Kemampuan negosiasi & Komunikasi persuasif ke level C-suite
