- Mencatat semua data utang dan piutang pelanggan berdasarkan seluruh faktur yang tercetak
- Melakukan penagihan kepada pelanggan via telfon dan whatsapp
- Menyiapkan daftar tagihan
- Melakukan pengarsipan dokumen penagihan dan pembayaran dengan rapi
- Mengatur jadwal tagihan customer
- Memeriksa dan bertanggung jawab atas limit kredit customer
