What they need
- Melakukan pembuatan, pemeriksaan, dan penginputan invoice sesuai dengan transaksi perusahaan.
- Memastikan seluruh invoice telah dikirimkan kepada customer dengan lengkap dan tepat waktu.
- Melakukan monitoring dan kontrol piutang customer berdasarkan tanggal jatuh tempo.
- Melakukan follow-up pembayaran kepada customer atas invoice yang telah jatuh tempo.
- Memantau dan menindaklanjuti piutang yang telah melewati jatuh tempo.
- Berkoordinasi dengan Sales, Finance, Accounting, dan Customer terkait invoice maupun pembayaran.
- Memastikan kelengkapan dan kerapian dokumen pendukung transaksi piutang.
- Membantu proses closing bulanan terkait akun piutang.
- Melaksanakan tugas administratif lainnya yang berkaitan dengan Account Receivable dan Finance sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan.
