What they need
Kualifikasi :
- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK.
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja sebagai Staff Accounting minimal 1 tahun.
- Memahami proses akuntansi dasar hingga penyusunan laporan keuangan.
- Menguasai Microsoft Office terutama Excel.
- Teliti, rapi, dan memiliki kemampuan analisa yang baik.
- Memahami penggunaan software accounting (Accurate/Odoo) menjadi nilai tambah.
Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab :
- Input transaksi harian ke sistem (Pembelian/Penjualan/Kas/Bank).
- Membuat Penawaran, Surat jalan, Invoice, Dokumen Penagihan.
- Melakukan rekonsilasi akun.
- Input mutasi Stok atau adjustment stok.
- Merekap dan menginput inventory masuk saat barang masuk dan saat adanya pemindahan gudang.
- Arsip Dokumen transaksi dengan lengkap dan rapi.
