- Minimal pendidikan S1 Akuntansi
- Memiliki pengalaman di bidang Akunting akan lebih baik
- Memiliki pengalaman di industri Hotel/Mall akan menjadi poin plus
- Memiliki kepribadian yang teliti, kerja cepat, dan inisiatif
- Mampu melakukan pembuatan dan membaca jurnal keuangan
- Dapat mengaplikasikan software Accounting
- Bersedia ditempatkan di SCBD (Jakarta Selatan)
Deskripsi pekerjaan:
- Memahami pencatatan akunting yang berlaku di Indonesia
- Melakukan cash opname
- Bersama Team Collection & AR melakukan Tenant Opname
- Membuat Amortisasi Pendapatan Sewa
- Melakukan Jurnal Balik untuk Accrual yang sudah terjadi
- Membuat Laporan Keuangan (Neraca-Laba Rugi-Cashflow)
- Melakukan Perhitungan Arr/Ascr/Ocr
