ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR

Job Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Prepare, monitor, and reconcile financial reports, including amortization and depreciation schedules, reclassification journals, accrual journals, and adjustment journals.
• Review and monitor financial transactions to ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
• Prepare and oversee operational expense reports, cost of goods sold (COGS), sales reports, and project financial reports.
• Monitor aging schedules and outstanding balances to ensure timely resolution and compliance with company targets.
• Collect and analyze budget planning and utilization data across the organization.
• Support and coordinate external and internal financial audits, as well as tax audits and examinations.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and validity of financial data across all entities within the group.
• Assist in monthly closing activities, including account reconciliations and financial reviews required by the Department Head.
• Prepare supporting documentation and financial data for budgeting processes and tax-related requirements, including prior-year reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to review, analyze, and reconcile financial transactions.
• Review financial recording processes and provide recommendations to other departments to improve accounting accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Accounting Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Able to speak and written Mandarin (Preferable)
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK), Accounting Principles, Cost Management, Audit, Compliance, and Financial Reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP is mandatory.
• Willing to travel internationally
