What they need
Kualifikasi :
- Pendidikan terakhir D3 / S1 jurusan Ekonomi/Akuntansi
- Pengalaman minimal 3-5 tahun di bidang AR
- Memahami dasar Accounts Receivable (AR), invoice, piutang, dan pembayaran customer
- Memahami alur administrasi proyek konstruksi/IT, seperti: PO (Purchase Order), SPK/kontrak, BAST/BASTP, Berita Acara, Invoice, Faktur pajak
- Mampu melakukanmonitoring piutang berdasarkan termin dan jatuh tempo
- Teliti dalam melakukan pengecekan kesesuaian PO, kontrak, invoice, BAST, dan dokumen pembayaran.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan follow-up customer yang baik
- Mampu bekerja dengan target dan deadline
- Dapat mengoperasikan excel (Rumus IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF, Pivot, Vlookup, Hlookup)
- Penempatan Surabaya, Jawa Timur
