What they need
Tanggung Jawab Utama
- Menguasai product knowledge serta sistem operasional perangkat/teknologi yang digunakan perusahaan.
- Memantau kinerja harian, penyelesaian tiket (urgent, perawatan, perbaikan), dan memastikan kepatuhan SLA.
- Menetapkan target kerja harian serta mengatur alokasi (mapping) personel lapangan secara merata.
- Menjaga komunikasi dan hubungan kerja sama yang baik dengan stakeholder/klien area.
- Mengawasi kinerja mitra/vendor serta mengajukan penambahan tim jika terjadi penumpukan beban kerja (overload).
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 semua jurusan.
- Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang Admin Operasional atau Field Coordinator.
- Mahir menggunakan Ms. Excel dan memahami sistem ticketing / SLA.
- Terbiasa menggunakan AI Tools untuk meningkatkan produktivitas harian
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, koordinasi, dan pemecahan masalah yang baik.
