What they need
About the role
Kami mencari individu yang teliti dan terorganisir untuk menjadi penghubung utama antara customer dan tim internal. Peran ini memastikan setiap order dan sampel tercatat dengan rapi, terpantau dengan jelas, dan diproses sesuai alur operasional yang telah ditetapkan.
Key responsibilities
- Menangani komunikasi dengan customer (email & WhatsApp Business)
- Mencatat, menginput, dan mengelompokkan data order/sampel
- Memantau status seluruh order dan memberikan update ke customer
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim lab dan logistik terkait proses sampel
- Membantu tim finance dalam menyiapkan dokumen transaksi
Requirements
- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK (diutamakan jurusan rumpun Sains, namun dari rumpun sosial dipersilahkan melamar jika sesuai)
- Teliti, rapi, dan memiliki komunikasi yang baik
- Terbiasa menggunakan Microsoft Excel atau Google Sheets
- Mampu bekerja dengan banyak data dan mengikuti sistem kerja terstruktur
- Bertanggung jawab dan memiliki inisiatif
- Lebih disukai jika memiliki kendaraan bermotor dan laptop
