What they need
- Minimal 1–2 tahun pengalaman di bidang Finance/Accounting/Admin Finance, diutamakan F&B/Hospitality.
- Memahami administrasi keuangan, input transaksi, invoice, petty cash, dan reimbursement.
- Mampu melakukan cash & bank reconciliation serta pengecekan selisih transaksi.
- Memahami pencatatan dan penyusunan laporan keuangan sederhana.
- Mahir Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, minimal memahami SUM, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
- Teliti dalam memeriksa nominal, dokumen, invoice, dan bukti transaksi.
- Memiliki integritas tinggi dan mampu menjaga kerahasiaan data keuangan.
- Memiliki kemampuan analytical thinking, problem solving, dan time management yang baik.
- Mampu bekerja secara detail, sistematis, dan sesuai deadline.
- Mampu bekerja di lingkungan yang dinamis dan fast-paced.
