What they need
Tanggung Jawab:
- Melakukan stock opname & rekonsiliasi fisik vs sistem
- Memastikan akurasi transaksi (GR, GI, MIGO)
- Mengontrol stock (BUBD / expired / overstock & low stock)
- Melakukan inspeksi penerimaan & pengeluaran barang
- Membuat dan mengirim report secara tepat waktu
- Memastikan aktivitas harian (checklist, 5R) berjalan
- Menjaga kesiapan warehouse untuk audit
- Menjalankan standar HSE & memastikan zero incident
- Melakukan follow up temuan & improvement operasional
Kualifikasi:
- Minimal SMA/SMK semua jurusan
- Pengalaman warehouse/logistik min. 1 tahun (fresh graduate dipertimbangkan)
- Memahami alur distribusi & manajemen stok
- Mampu menggunakan sistem/alat tracking (nilai tambah)
- Terbiasa membuat laporan
- Teliti, disiplin, komunikatif & problem solving
- Memiliki kemampuan analisis & manajemen waktu yang baik
