What they need
- Melakukan running payroll karyawan eksternal perusahaan (yang sudah dilakukan approval oleh manager)
- Melakukan pembuatan tagihan klien sesuai dengan periode kerja
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim AO untuk mengumpulkan data pendukung tagihan
- Melakukan pengiriman invoice ke klien dan monitoring progres pembayaran
- Melakukan follow up pembayaran dan rekonsiliasi pembayaran
- Mendokumentasi database invoice dan bukti pembayaran
- Membantu menjaga cash flow organisasi agar dapat tetap berjalan dengan baik.
