What they need
Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:
- Membuat plan shipment dari setiap orderan di vendor (review all schedule).
- Pengecekan ulang dokumen (Inv, PL, VO, LS, PIB, FE, BL).
- Follow Up Shipment yang sedang berjalan (China to Indonesia).
- Komunikasi dengan pihak agent forwarder dan PPJK.
- Review dan report tagihan-tagihan ke supplier terkait jasa ongkos kerja/pemotongan pembelian.
- Review PO dan PI Confirmation.
- Review Stock mingguan dan Plan Order.
