Kualifikasi :
- Pendidikan SMK Teknik Industri, informatika, Akuntansi.
- Memiliki pengalaman 1 tahun di bidang Admin Inventory.
- Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Excel (HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot Table)
- Dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik secara lisan maupun tulisan.
- Teliti, rapi, dan memiliki kemampuan analisis yang baik
Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:
- Monitoring hasil produksi harian.
- Pengisian dan pembaruan kartu stok (barang masuk/keluar).
- Verifikasi STBJ dan koordinasi dengan kepala gudang.
- Pencatatan barang rusak (BS).
- Upgrade stok sesuai grade barang.
- Penguasaan Excel (HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot, dll) dan Visio.
- Memahami dasar inventory, akurasi fisik & sistem.
- Bertanggung jawab atas pemantauan, pembaruan stok, dan penanganan barang rusak.
