What they need
- Pengajuan saldo kas.
- Mengelola dan monitor kas kecil (petty cash).
- Otorisasi pembayaran dan penerimaan sesuai prosedur perusahaan.
- Menerima dan mencatat seluruh pembayaran dan penerimaan tunai atau non-tunai.
- Pencatatan dan pengarsipan bukti transaksi, seperti faktur, kwitansi, nota, atau surat jalan.
- Melakukan cross check antara catatan kas dengan rekening bank.
- Berkoordinasi dengan Tim Finance & Accounting terkait pencocokan data transaksi.
- Menyusun laporan harian, mingguan, dan bulanan secara rinci.
