What they need
- Mencatat dan merekap seluruh aktivitas perawatan dan perbaikan mesin produksi.
- Mengelola dan memperbarui dokumen teknis, seperti logbook mesin, kartu riwayat perbaikan, manual penggunaan, dan diagram teknis.
- Mengarsipkan laporan kerja harian, mingguan, dan bulanan dari tim teknisi/mekanik.
- Menerima, mencatat, dan mendistribusikan form permintaan perbaikan dari tim produksi ke teknisi.
- Membantu menyusun dan mengomunikasikan jadwal perawatan rutin agar tidak mengganggu dengan target produksi.
- Mengajukan form pembelian ke bagian Purchasing jika stok sparepart habis atau mendekati batas minimal stok.
