- Pendidikan: Min. S1 Administrasi, Akuntansi, Manajemen, atau terkait.
- Pengalaman: Min. 3 tahun administrasi & 2 tahun sebagai leader/supervisor; pengalaman otomotif menjadi nilai tambah.
- Leadership: Berpengalaman memimpin dan mengoordinasikan tim dengan cakupan lokasi kerja yang luas.
- Job Knowledge: Memahami administrasi AFS, after sales service, invoicing, AR, dan penagihan.
- Otomotif: Memahami kendaraan niaga/kendaraan besar menjadi nilai tambah.
- Sistem: Mahir Microsoft Excel & ERP (DMS, ODOO, I-Vendor, atau sejenisnya).
- Soft Skills: Analitis, komunikatif, teliti, problem solving, dan mampu bekerja lintas divisi.
- Terbiasa menggunakan AI
- Berpengalaman dalam project bisnis/klien menjadi nilai tambah.
