KUALIFIKASI PEKERJAAN:
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Semua Jurusan
- Usia 23 - 30 tahun
- Pengalaman kerja min. 1 tahun di bagian Administrasi (diutamakan), Freshgraduated are welcome
- Mahir mengoperasikan Ms.Office
- Karakter: proaktif, teliti, disiplin, rapih, bertanggung jawab, jujur, mau & cepat belajar, cekatan.
- Bersedia untuk penempatan kerja di Bekasi
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN:
- Checking terhadap IM yang diajukan oleh KAM untuk HCO lokal dilengkapi dengan kontrol budget
- Melakukan pengajuan persetujuan ke NKAM
- Mengirim IM ke Marketing untuk approval
- Follow up persetujuan terhadap IM yang diajukan untuk mengetahui status IM tersebut
- Menginformasikan IM yang sudah diacc oleh pusat dan TM ke bagian promosi
- Monitoring semua promo dan sewa yang berjalan
- Koordinasi dengan team di area bila promo yang berjalan tidak sesuai dengan pengajuan
