Tanggung Jawab:
- Membalas chat dan pertanyaan pelanggan dengan cepat dan ramah.
- Memproses pesanan yang masuk hingga siap dikirim.
- Mengelola dan memperbarui informasi produk di marketplace.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim gudang terkait stok dan pengiriman.
- Membantu menangani komplain pelanggan dengan baik.
- Membuat laporan penjualan sederhana apabila diperlukan.
