KUALIFIKASI:
Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Sipil atau Arsitektur (terbuka untuk mahasiswa kelas malam/karyawan dengan jurusan linier).
Berpengalaman dalam menyusun Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) dan/atau Quantity Surveying (QS).
Memahami sistem fasad seperti curtain wall, storefront, skylight, structural glazing, dan Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) menjadi nilai tambah.
Memahami proses pengukuran di lapangan.
Mampu mengoperasikan AutoCAD, SketchUp, dan aplikasi pendukung lainnya.
Memiliki Surat Izin Mengemudi (SIM) minimal SIM C.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, cekatan, teliti, dan detail.
Mampu berbahasa Hokkien menjadi nilai tambah.
Berdomisili di Kota Medan dan sekitarnya.
