- Menerima permintaan pembelian (Purchase Request/PR)
- Menerima permintaan material dari site/project.
- Memeriksa jenis, spesifikasi, jumlah, dan waktu kebutuhan barang.
- Mencari supplier material dan kebutuhan proyek.
- Meminta quotation atau penawaran harga.
- Membandingkan harga, kualitas, dan estimasi waktu pengiriman.
- Membuat Purchase Order (PO)
- Memastikan supplier menerima PO.
- Memantau ketersedian dan jadwal pengiriman material.
- Koordinasi dengan proyek/site dan bagian terkait
- Memastikan pembellan tetap sesual budget proyek dan prosedur perusahaan.
