What they need
Tanggung Jawab:
- Bertanggung jawab untuk seluruh proses administrasi penjualan dan pelayanan pelanggan.
- Menyusun dan menerbitkan dokumen penjualan seperti quotation, sales order (SO), delivery order (DO), Invoice, serta dokumen pendukung lainnya.
- Menyusun laporan penjualan dan laporan administrasi lainnya secara berkala
Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Administrasi bisnis, Manajemen, Marketing, atau bidang terkait.
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang Sales Admin, Customer Service (Fresh Graduate dipersilakan melamar)
- Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office, terutama Excel dan Word
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, administrasi, dan pengolahan data yang baik
- Ramah, responsif, disiplin, bertanggung jawab, dan berorientasi pada kepuasan pelanggan.
- Mampu berkomunikasi dengan bahasa asing:
Inggris (Fluent)
Jepang (Diutamakan)
