- Minimal pendidikan D3 semua jurusan
- Berpengalaman di bidang yang sama selama 1-2 tahun
- Mampu bekerja dalam target
- Menguasai Google Workspace & Microsoft Office (terutama Excel)
- Teliti, Cekatan, Rapi, dan Disiplin
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, inisiatif, bertanggung jawab, cepat, tanggap & rajin
- Bersedia bekerja di luar jam kerja apabila dibutuhkan
- Dapat bergabung secepatnya
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Memproses Inquiry / permintaan penawaran harga dari customer
- Follow up penawaran harga melalui email / telpon
- Memproses PO customer
- Supporting Sales
- Input Report Penjualan Sales (weekly & Monthly)
- Merekap Report Activity Sales (Report Visit, QTT, List Cust)
- Bertanggung jawab atas sosial media & WhatsApp kantor
- Handle Marketplace
- Check Email, WhatsApp kantor dan mendistribusikan customer baru ke masing-masing divisi sales
- Rekap Pending Order untuk Shipment
