What they need
- Menjalin hubungan baik dan komunikasi dengan customer.
- Membuat penawaran harga, SO/JO, surat-menyurat, dan email terkait customer.
- Mengelola filing dan rekapitulasi dokumen/data sales.
- Mengikuti proses bidding & tender customer.
- Mengupdate rate pelayaran, agent, vendor trucking, serta jadwal kapal.
- Monitoring keberangkatan kapal dan menginformasikan perubahan/kendala kepada customer.
- Follow up order dengan PIC Gudang dan tim terkait.
- Memproses perubahan order, void, serta Surat Jalan (SJ) retur pada sistem.
- Menyiapkan draft SPK dengan agen/vendor.
- Membuat laporan sales secara daily, weekly, dan monthly.
