WE’RE HIRING – ADMIN SALES PROPERTY
📍 Penempatan: Karangmukti, Bungursari, Purwakarta.
Jobdesk:
Mengelola dan menginput data penjualan/properti ke sistem
Menyiapkan dan mengarsipkan dokumen (booking fee, PPJB, KPR, dll)
Membuat laporan administrasi dan rekap data secara berkala
Berkoordinasi dengan tim sales, legal, dan pihak bank
Memastikan kelengkapan dan kerapihan dokumen customer
Follow up kelengkapan berkas customer
Mengurus serah terima unit
Kualifikasi:
Pendidikan min. D3 (Semua jurusan)
Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Admin (lebih disukai di bidang properti/real estate)
Teliti, rapih, dan detail oriented
Terbiasa menggunakan Ms. Office (terutama Excel)
Komunikatif dan mampu bekerja dalam tim
Mampu bekerja dengan target dan deadline
