Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Memproses pemesanan pelanggan melalui berbagai saluran, seperti telepon, email, atau chat.
- Membuat laporan penjualan secara berkala, seperti harian, mingguan, bulanan, dan tahunan.
- Menginput data penjualan.
- Melakukan monitoring dan pembaruan data stock untuk mendukung kebutuhan operasional dan penjualan.
- Memberikan informasi yang jelas seputar penjualan.
- Menjaga hubungan baik dengan pelanggan, termasuk menindaklanjuti feedback dari pelanggan.
